A very small number of people who are at risk of COVID-19 cannot have the vaccine. You should not have the vaccine if you have had a severe allergic reaction to any ingredient in the vaccine or to a previous dose of the same vaccine. Talk to your doctor or nurse if you have ever had a severe allergic reaction, as an alternative vaccine may be available for you.
