If you want to improve the processes and systems in your healthcare setting, this half day course is for you. You will learn how to apply the principles of process mapping and learn which types of process map you could use to support your workplace. This course is a good follow-up for those who have undertaken other improvement courses, as it builds on what you have learned.
About the course
Process mapping shows you what, when, where, who and how things happen in a process or system. It helps you see how things work and how to improve them. This course will teach you how to use process mapping effectively in your work and help you to identify wastes in your processes to make improvements.
