Improvement Cymru Academy

The Improvement Cymru Academy is part of Improvement Cymru, the national service for improving health and social care in Wales. We aim to help individuals, teams, and systems develop the skills and knowledge they need to deliver better care and outcomes for patients. 

Our team of experts design and deliver a range of training resources and programmes that support all NHS health boards and trusts in Wales. We offer flexible and tailored learning options for different levels of improvement experience. We can help you assess your current level of improvement capability and guide you to the next step that suits your needs. 

We also collaborate with Quality Improvement teams at local health boards or trusts, and other partners, who are able to deliver our training packages locally, making learning more accessible and relevant.
