We commend you for receiving the esteemed Small Workplace Health Award, and for your remarkable commitment to the health and wellbeing of your staff. Your efforts have made a significant impact, and we applaud your achievement.
Although the Healthy Working Wales Awards Programme has ended, we encourage organisations to continue to develop and enhance wellbeing within their workplace. You can use the award framework documentation from the SWHA and CHS to help you do this which is still accessible.
Our website is also full of information and guidance on health and wellbeing topics which is regularly being expanded and updated.
We are also continuing to develop new and exciting health and wellbeing products and e-learning as part of our programme changes which will be available over the coming months.
As we roll out our online survey tools over the next year, employers will be able to undertake these to better understand the health and wellbeing needs of their organisation and workforce. Work is underway to be able to provide employers completing the survey tools with individualised reports identifying their priority areas for action supported by signposting to relevant guidance and tools.
