What value does Q Lab Cymru add?

Q Lab Cymru works alongside the teams in Improvement Cymru who design improvement support for organisations across NHS Wales, working on complex problems that are identified as national priorities by a combination of Welsh Government, Health Board and Trust Chief Executives, and national analytics to identify areas of concern to meet the broad aim of reduction of harm. We support improvements to health and care by making the best use of the talent and resources across Wales, and provide expertise in design thinking and creative, collaborative approaches to change.
