I am looking into information about outpatient hysteroscopies across the UK specific to each trust. Generally, we are looking at how many are performed yearly, how many fail, etc.
I was hoping that you could provide me with the relevant email/contact details for the Welsh trusts.
Or would it would be best to send the FOI request centrally to you rather than to individual Trusts?

Cervical Screening Wales does not commission hysteroscopies as part of the service. As an organisation we have no jurisdiction over the activities of Health Boards and frequently do not have access to the data that they produce.
