FOI 1002 - Maternity and Neonatal Review

 

Information Requested:

I would like to put in a Freedom of Information request relating to the Wales Maternity and Neonatal network. 
This is the request:
I understand the Wales Maternity and Neonatal network have very recently done a review of Swansea Bay University Health Board maternity services.
I would like:
1.    A copy of the signed off report / review.
2.    Any emails / letters between Swansea Bay University Health Board and the Wales Maternity and Neonatal network relating to the commissioning of the review. 

In addition:

Please can I have any Terms of Reference or scope document which set out the requirements for the report?

I enclose the following documents in scope of the request


1.     Copy of signed report. 
 
2.    Correspondence between Swansea Bay University Health Board and the Wales Maternity and Neonatal network relating to the commissioning of the review. 
To protect patient confidentiality we unable to provide any correspondence at this time.  Providing the level of data requested may result in releasing sufficient information to enable individuals to be identified. This would be deemed to be unfair processing and would breach the first Data Protection Principle. 
Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provides an exemption from the right to information if disclosure would contravene the data protection principles.
