Once you provide consent to take part in the Panel, you will be asked to complete a 5 minute initial recruitment survey.
You will then be asked to complete a short survey of 10-15 minutes, every three months (quarterly), either online or by telephone. Your answers will be really important to provide a voice for the public in Wales.
