Can I still get cancer or genital warts caused by HPV when I am vaccinated?

Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to prevent genital warts and cancers caused by HPV infection, including cervical cancer. No vaccine is 100% effective, so it is still important to know the signs and symptoms of HPV infection.
