I am an FtM/trans man who is on long term hormone therapy. As a result this has caused me to go through an early menopause. Am I at an increased risk of developing breast cancer and should I be screened at an earlier age?

If you are taking long term hormone therapy you may be at an increased risk of developing breast cancer regardless of age or menopausal state.
 
If you have any concerns about your breasts or if you have a family history of breast cancer you may want to talk to your GP, Practice Nurse or your Specialist. If you need to have a mammogram your GP will be able to arrange this at your local hospital breast clinic.
