Head of Capacity and Capability

Sarah has a wide remit to deliver our strategy alongside our Improvement Cymru Academy training team, our Q-Lab, the Communications and Engagement team and of course, our Events team.  Core to Sarah's role is a remit to create the conditions, capability and connections for improvement to flourish across NHS Wales.

Sarah has more than 20 years of non-clinical NHS Wales experience, with particular experience in the workforce/people aspects of improvement with specialty in training, education, organisation development, culture and leadership.  

Sarah is driven by values and is passionate about the work we do to support our fantastic colleagues across NHS Wales.
