Improvement Cymru Annual Report 2022-2023
The last 12 months has seen the breadth and depth of our work increase, to support organisations to deliver safe, effective, and reliable care in the right place and at the right time across the whole care system.
Working in partnership with NHS Wales organisations we are laying foundations to ensure a sustainable approach to improvement, strengthening our support to enable organisations to foster a sustainable culture of improvement and patient safety, and supporting leaders through national improvement and patient safety coaching. We have supported many activities and programmes to drive forward system-wide improvements across NHS Wales.
The next year offers significant opportunities to further scale and enhance our partnerships as we gradually transition into the new NHS Wales Executive in April 2024.
