When you arrive at the venue, you will be able to collect your badge from the reception desk. Your preferred spotlight sessions, if available, will be printed on the reverse Badges will be printed on recyclable card.

Please remember to bring a lanyard for your badge!

To help us reduce waste the conference programme is available to download here

Please carry your badge with you at all times during the conference as you may be asked to show this for entry into fully-booked Spotlight sessions.

Getting to the ICC

Newport Bus, National Express and Megabus all have routes to central Newport.

From there, you can get the shuttle bus straight to the ICC. This is the number 9 bus from Newport bus station and will run four times an hour.

A single fare is £1.80, and is £3.70 (unlimited travel for the day).

Delegates can discount this by 10% and avoid having to carry cash by ordering a freedom card. The card is free and the £5 payment is for the £5 credit pre-loaded to the card.

For train times, information and to book tickets visit tfw.gov.wales

If you're driving, please travel together! Ask colleagues or post on the
Facebook event to share destinations.

Please leave with plenty of time to arrive between 9am - 9.30am to register and to collect your badge. The sessions will start promptly at 10am.
