Please can you supply me with the following information:
1. How many non disclosure agreements ( gagging clauses ) were used on NHS staffing disputes and employment tribunals by the Public health Wales NHS during the period September 2021-September 2022.
2. How much money in total was spent by the public health Wales NHS during the period September 2021-September 2022 on non disclosure agreements due to staffing disputes and employment tribunals.

Public Health Wales has not had any non-disclosure agreements during this time period.
