Am I to assume that there has not been a meeting between Councillor Knoyle and a Public Health Official and that Public Health Wales has no intention in producing a report in relation to the Heol y Glyn site. It is important to establish the true nature of his relationship with PHW
Thank you for your recent request dated 11th April 2022.
We can confirm that Cllr Knoyle contacted PHW and our Environmental Public Health Service via the routine routes through which we receive and process such queries. Our report on the Heol Glyn site was issued simultaneously to both yourself and Cllr Knoyle in our response to your previous FOI request. I have attached it again for your convenience.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of the decision, you should write to the Corporate Complaints Manager, Public Health Wales NHS Trust, 3, Number 2, Capital Quarter, Tyndall Street, Cardiff, CF10 4BZ.
If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint or review, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
