Could you please provide me with hospital admission data reported by days of positivity to SARS-CoV-2 since admission in the whole of Wales.
For clarity: if someone was SARS-CoV-2 positive when admitted, that would be Day 0, if found positive after 5 days, Day 5 and so on.
If at all possible, an Excel data format would be advantageous.
The period of interest is March 2020 to date in monthly strata
If data about type of test are available, together with estimated viral load (e.g. PCR cycle thresholds) that would be highly desirable as an aid to interpretation
Thank you for your recent request dated 04th March 2022. Public Health Wales do not hold the data on the type of test or viral load. You may wish to contact the health boards who may hold that data.
