FOI 2023 20 - Ectopic Pregnancies

Information Requested:

Please can I ask for up-to-date statistics on national incident data for ectopic pregnancy. Specifically, can I request the numbers of serious harm incidents in Wales relating to ectopic pregnancy. The information within the HSIB report 2020 states:

“National incident data from the NHS shows that between April 2017 and August 2018 there were 30 missed ectopic pregnancies leading to ‘serious harm’.”
I am requesting recent statistics, relating to serious harm as a result of missed ectopic pregnancies for 2020/2021/2022.
Please can I receive this information electronically if possible.
