Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I request the following information.
Please provide the total cost incurred by NHS Wales to conduct the NHS Staff Survey for 2023 that closes on November 13th 2023.
Please also provide the cost of this staff survey to the budget of each Health Board operating in Wales.
Thank you for your request dated 16th October 2023.
Public Health Wales does not hold this information relating to the cost incurred by NHS Wales to conduct the NHS Staff Survey for 2023.
The Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) have been mandated by Welsh Government (WG) to design, deliver and manage the NHS Wales Staff Survey. You will need to contact HEIW for this information. I have provided the contact details at the end of this response.
HEIW have the funding from WG to do the procurement/ commissioning work with regards to the company conducting and reporting on the survey, any promotional items etc.
The only costs we would have within PHW are the printing and sending costs of paper copies to increase accessibility. This is ongoing until the end of the survey so there is no definitive cost yet.
