I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the following:
Please provide the number of times your Trust called in emergency contractors or builders for unplanned maintenance and repair works in 2022.
Please provide the total cost of emergency contractors or builders for unplanned maintenance and repair works in 2022.
Please provide the largest cost for a single unplanned maintenance and repair work in 2022.
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12 of the FOI Act, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
I request that the information be sent to me digitally and within the legal timeframe for requests.

A total of 376 contractor / builder visits were made across the Public Health Wales estate to undertake a number of unplanned maintenance tasks / repair works for specialist laboratory equipment, general operational services equipment and buildings related issues across the Public Health Wales Estate.
The total spend for the above 376 call outs totalled - £82,911.87
The largest cost for a single unplanned maintenance and repair work in 2022 was £4,155.
