Please confirm receipt of the amended request. For clarity this is now the request?
1. Has the NHS Delivery Unit been asked to conduct any sort of investigation into maternity / obstetric services at Swansea Bay University Health Board?
2. Has the NHS Delivery Unit been asked to review any Serious Incident Reports maternity / obstetrics / neonatal from Swansea Bay University Health Board?

The NHS Wales Delivery Unit has not been asked or commissioned to review any incident reports specifically in relation to maternity/ obstetrics/neonatal services from Swansea Bay University Health Board.
