Please can you outline the number of appointments made available each week by Forest View Surgery on the My Health Online System. If held and the information is readily available please indicate when those appointments were made available (eg number of days in advance that the appointments were released).
Please also indicate how many of the available appointments each week were booked online through my Health Online.
