Information Requested:

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act.
I am looking for information about payments made to the firm Topwood Ltd (company number 04398739). Please could you provide me with the following:


1.    Has Public Health Wales paid any money to Topwood Ltd in the past five calendar years (2022 up until the present date, 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018)? If so, please could an overall figure for the amount of money paid to the firm be provided, as well as a year-by-year breakdown.
2.    In each case where a payment has been made, please could the amount, in pounds sterling, be specified, as well as the date of the payment and the reason for the payment be detailed.
3.    Is Public Health Wales due to pay Topwood Ltd any money in future? If so, how much money is it due to pay, when and for what reason?
