It will be important that as many people as possible complete each survey, so that Public Health Wales gains views from a good cross-section of residents to represent all population groups. So we ask, where possible, that members submit a response for all surveys. However, we appreciate that this will not always be possible due to holidays, illness or other commitments or pressures on your time.
If you decline to participate in a survey during the quarter, or just do not complete it, we will continue to invite you to complete the survey for a few months afterwards. However, if you miss three consecutive surveys, you may be removed from the Panel.
