When you join the Panel, you will be asked how you would like to complete the survey. There are two ways you can do this:
If you choose to complete the survey online, you will receive an invitation email every three months to the email address you give us. In the email there will be a personlised link to the survey. The survey can then be completed in your own time by the closing date that will be noted in the email.
Ahead of the closing date, if you have not had the chance to respond we will follow up with you via email and may also telephone or text you (with your permission) to remind you of the survey closing date.
If you choose to complete surveys by telephone, we will ask your preference as to the best day of the week and time of day we should call you. This can change over time if you wish. A trained interviewer from DJS Research will then call you every three months within the timeframes you have selected. The telephone interviews will be recorded for training and quality purposes; these will be managed by DJS Research and deleted three months after the interview.
