Further Line Manager Workshops arranged to support staff wellbeing

Published: 15 April 2021

Following the success, and extremely positive feedback from attendees across the organisation, of workshops delivered earlier this year, we are delighted to announce a further seven sessions.  The aim of the workshops is to support line managers keep staff engaged and stay emotionally connected while many of us work differently.

Learning outcomes for the two hour sessions (12 max capacity per session) with David include:

•    Explore ideas of how to create a kinder culture ‘remotely’ where people are caring, supportive and more empathic of each other’s anxieties.

•    Look at what is considered best practice for managers to inspire employees to remain engaged during exceptionally challenging times.

•    Look at how to inspire employees to be more open by saying ‘it’s okay not to be okay’ and by sharing our own vulnerabilities

•    Look at the signs to look for that someone may be struggling and how best to open up a conversation with them
