Evaluation of Prehab2Rehab

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have developed Prehab2Rehab, to provide prehabilitation support for cancer patients undergoing treatment. The programme aims to improve patient outcomes from cancer treatment and reduce post-treatment complications. Public Health Wales are reviewing the effectiveness of Prehab2Rehab.

Your participation in this evaluation will inform the continuation of Prehab2Rehab in Cardiff and the Vale, and the potential roll-out of similar programmes across Wales. Before you decide whether you would like to take part, it is important that you understand why this is being done and what it involves for you.
