Teams
The Safe Care Collaborative has membership from health boards and trusts spanning NHS Wales. The teams within those organisations delivering improvements through the Safe Care Collaborative comprise:
- Executive Teams who, supported by Leading for Patient Safety Sponsors, are ensuring that the conditions and learning environment are in place to facilitate the effective delivery of improvements being delivered through the Safe Care Collaborative, based on the Framework for Safe, Effective and Reliable Care.
- Improvement Coaches working closely with improvement project teams within their organisation to guide their improvement activity for the lifespan of the Safe Care Collaborative.
- Improvement Project Teams who are delivering the improvement activity within services as part of the Safe Care Collaborative.
These Safe Care Collaborative teams are directly supported by their regional representative teams within Improvement Cymru, alongside the tailored coaching and support delivered by Improvement Cymru and IHI within the Safe Care Collaborative workstreams.
