Programme work includes supporting multi professional teams within Welsh Health Boards to learn and utilise improvement skills and methods, enabling them to undertake improvement projects and demonstrate positive changes to maternity and neonatal services.
The team previously led the three year OBS Cymru programme and Safer Pregnancy Wales programme.

The programme of work is currently being scoped and will include the training of local multi professional maternity and neonatal teams in building their improvement knowledge and skills as well as facilitating the sharing of best practice across Wales.
