  • Ask staff how they feel and take action to support them. This could be via surveys, or one-to-ones with their managers
  • Capture and review staff sickness absence data. Understand why your staff take time off work and whether work related stress is a contributing factor
  • Use your findings to develop a mental health at work plan and review any progress you make
