Equality Impact Assessment in Wales Practice Hub

The EIA Practice Hub provides the public sector with resources promoting and supporting the development of good quality, robust EIAs that meet the legal duties of the Equality Act 2010 and the Welsh Public Sector Equality Duties 2011. The EIA Practice Hub will help you make Equality Impact Assessments an integral part of public sector practice, and promote equality and fair policy throughout Wales.

For the sake of brevity, this website uses the term “policy” as a blanket term to cover the full range of decisions, functions, and activities (including service delivery) which public bodies undertake covered by the Equality Act 2010.
