Director - People and Organisational Development

Neil is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), who has worked in the public sector for 24 years including in policing and Local Government. He cares passionately about making a difference for the communities we serve.

Neil gained a degree in Business Studies and MSc in Human Resource Management at the University of Glamorgan and has significant experience in all areas of Human Resources and Development practice.

Neil joined Public Health Wales in September 2019 as the Deputy Director of People and Organisational Development, prior to this he spent the previous four years with Gwent Police.

In April 2021, Neil was appointed as the Director of People and Organisational Development.
