FOI 2024 068 - Suppliers in China

Information Requested:

I am requesting the following information in an electronic format, preferably as spreadsheets:

-A list of all NHS Wales suppliers in China that are classified as “high risk” for modern slavery and an explanation for why each of those suppliers are deemed “high risk”. Such data was referred to in a UK government report for NHS England. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/review-of-risk-of-modern-slavery-and-human-trafficking-in-the-nhs-supply-chain/review-of-risk-of-modern-slavery-and-human-trafficking-in-the-nhs-supply-chain

-A list of reports the NHS Wales has ordered or received suggesting possible modern slavery might be occurring at any of its suppliers in China, if such reports exist. Please provide the name of each NHS Wales supplier in question, the date the NHS Wales received such a report, what follow up action (if any) was taken to individual reports, and in case an investigation was conducted, whether an investigation found allegations of modern slavery were valid or invalid.
