Information Requested:

1. Could you provide the names and job titles of members of the Agency Reduction Tripartite Group? 

2. Could you provide the names and job titles of members of the Workforce Finance Recovery Steering Group? 

*Both groups were mentioned in the All-Wales Control Framework for flexible workforce capacity

The below information is for Public Health Wales only.  

 

Public Health Wales is the public health service for Wales and as such is an independent NHS Trust. Therefore, do not have access to any information in relation to other members of the groups from other NHS Trusts/Health Boards. 

   

Nominations of three specific individuals who will act as organisational contacts for this work for Public Health Wales:  

  • Executive Director – Neil Lewis, Director of People and OD. Supported by Karen Fitzgibbon, Head of People and OD Operations.  

  • Two colleagues to join the Operational Agency Reduction Peer Group: 

  • Lead Medical Workforce management – Ruth Tofton, Workforce Development Manager, Office of the Medical Director. 

  • Lead for Nurse deployment – Deborah Harries, Head of Nursing, Screening Division. Supported by Caroline Whittaker, Professional Lead for Nursing and Midwifery Standards.  

  

In relation to the Workforce Finance Recovery Steering Group, Public Health Wales do not know who members of this steering group would be and do not hold or have access to this information. Welsh Government may be able to confirm this information. I have provided contact information for Welsh Government below; you will need to contact them individually for this information.
