Please could you inform me who made the decision that skin problems/dermatology were not going to be treated under the NHS.- British/Welsh Government or Minister for Health.
Please list specific skin problems that are excluded from treatment under NHS
also when are these conditions deemed serious enough to be treated by surgery/treatment.
Did the powers who made this decision did they take on board the well being and mental health issues that some conditions cause the patient.
