FOI 2023 67 - GP Appointments

 

Information Requested:

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), and I kindly request that you provide the following information:
1) The number of GP appointments attended across NHS Wales over the last 10 years (2013-2022) broken down by year.
2) A breakdown of the above data - of GP appointments attended - by gender (men, women, or children).
3) A breakdown of the above data - of GP appointments attended - by age group. 
If the information is not available for the last 10 years, please provide information for as far back as possible.
Please could you provide the requested information in electronic format, preferably as spreadsheet or excel documents, or any other suitable format, to my email address
In case any of the requested information is held by another public authority, I kindly request that you transfer my request to the relevant authority, in accordance with Section 16 of the FOIA, and notify me. Or direct me to the right email address where possible.
