I wonder if you can help me with a copy of your findings/report for an investigation you carried out at Browns, Oxford, OX2 6HA regarding an alleged case of Legionnaires disease.
The original incident was in October 2020, and you would have been notified?
This information is urgently required for a court hearing on the 2nd May 2023.
