I would like to make the following FOI request.
In respect of the Public Health and Safety incident between 1/7/22 & 7/7/2022 regarding the drive through community Covid 19 testing facility at Bronlly Hospital, please can you confirm that;
Powys Teaching Health Board verbally made the Wales Delivery Unit aware of the incident and of the changes to local provision based on infected suitable facilities and that the provision was kept under review.
