We are looking to understand if each health board in Wales has a Long Service Award scheme/policy in place, and the amount of the award too, as an example Velindre NHS trust offer £150 vouchers upon completing 25 years’ service and £300 voucher upon completing 40 years’ service. Does your health board offer any incentives/rewards for long service? If you could send me a copy of your policy this would be great.
Thank you for your request dated 19th October 2023
Public Health Wales does not currently have a long service award.
