I am writing in order to request a response to the following questions.
How many individuals using NHS Wales have had gender reassignment surgery since January 2022?
How many individuals using NHS Wales below the age of 18 have been assigned to have "gender affirming care" since January 2022? Specifically how many below the age of 16, a breakdown of median age as well and the lowest age would be helpful too.
How many diagnoses of gender dysphoria have there been by NHS Wales since January 2020?
How much has NHS Wales spent on gender reassignment surgeries and gender affirming care since January 2022?
How much of the NHS Wales budget is spent on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs?
Thank you for your request dated 10th October 2023.
