Patient Group Directions (PGDs)

Description:

The aim of this course, which was developed by the NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service (SPS), is to support healthcare professionals and organisations who are considering, developing, authorising and using patient group directions (PGDs) to deliver healthcare services in line with legislation and NICE medicines practice guideline (MPG2).

Suitable for:

NHS staff who have responsibility for delivering vaccination programmes

Duration:

40 minutes

NHS Wales staff can access the module via ESR.

Staff who don’t have access to ESR or work outside of NHS Wales will need a username and password to access the Learning@Wales website.

Learning@Wales Enrolment keys: 

Click on the course name and you will be prompted for an enrolment key. The enrolment key for GP practices is your practice W code followed by ! e.g. W12345!
