This document was produced in response to concerns expressed over the suicide cases reported in the Bridgend area. The document includes information on available suicide data to inform the Local Health Board (LHB) and relevant partners. Also in the report is a background to the complex issues that surround suicide including factors that increase the risk of suicide and an outline of the four levels of suicide prevention.
