A series of seven chart books are available i.e. one for each health board area. These have been produced to act as appendices to the Director of Public Health Annual Reports published in 2011: Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, Powys Teaching Health Board, Hywel Dda University Local Health Board, Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Cwm Taf University Health Board, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. This piece of work was completed as part of a request for one of our stakeholders.
