The Public Health Wales Observatory has produced an interactive tool showing indicators of health assets for small areas in Wales.
The indicators presented cover a range of topics across three domains:
An assets approach identifies factors that support good health and well-being and relies on working locally with communities to improve health. The tool can be used to inform and support this work.
The Public Health Wales Observatory has produced an interactive tool (.xlsx) showing indicators of health assets for small areas in Wales.
The tool presents health asset indicators on a spider chart and at the middle super output area level alongside comparative information for Wales.
This health assets reporting framework has been developed for use in Wales following a review of health assets approaches, literature and tools used elsewhere. This is set-out in a report (.pdf) produced by Louise Woodfine on behalf of the Public Health Wales Observatory.
