Mae'r adolygiad yn darparu tystiolaeth ddefnyddiol ar sefyllfa'r ddarpariaeth gyfredol a bydd yn llywio'r broses o wneud penderfyniadau ynghylch arfer gorau ar gyfer gofal Profedigaeth ar gyfer boblogaeth Cymru yn y dyfodol.

Funding from Welsh Government has enabled The End of Life Care Implementation Group to commission an All Wales Bereavement review. The review provides useful evidence on the position of current provision and will inform decision making regarding best practice for future Bereavement care for the population of Wales.
