Deanna is a Workplace Health Adviser with Healthy Working Wales, working with organisations across North Wales to promote healthier workplaces and reduce work-related ill health. Since 2019, Deanna has played a key role in HWW, demonstrating expertise in digital communications, including producing the HWW monthly e-bulletin and managing social media channels.
Deanna has a wealth of experience in employee health and wellbeing, having previously supported organisations through the Small Workplace Health Award (SWHA) and Corporate Health Standard (CHS).
An advocate for continuous professional development, Deanna holds an MSc in Public Health and has earned qualifications such as a Train the Trainer certification and Level 3 Award in Delivering Training. Collaborative and highly self-motivated, Deanna excels in working with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives.
