Multi-professional working in the community: Group concept mapping findings

The University of South Wales has been working with the Strategic Programme for Primary care (SPPC) on a Community Infrastructure programme seeking to develop an evaluation
framework for multi-professional working in the community. This study forms a key part of that programme of work in providing a quantitative underpinning for other parts of the project to draw from and in gathering the consensus of professionals in the relevant context.
