Back to Community Life, from Improvement Cymru, supports people who are struggling since the pandemic to leave their home and get back to community life.  These include people with dementia, people previously shielding or people who are vulnerable. 

Our Care Home Cymru team, Public Health Wales, and Welsh Government are proud to launch a new online Resource Platform today for Care Home and Domiciliary Staff.

Today is WHO World Patient Safety Day. At the present time patient safety is gaining perhaps more attention than ever given the need for us to protect patients from the harms of COVID-19.

In celebration of national Learning Disabilities Week, earlier today our Learning Disability Cymru programme team hosted an online meeting of key partners to finalise the launch details of the new Health Profile resource to support people with a learning disability to receive consistent, safe and timely healthcare in Wales.

Many of our staff are currently helping colleagues in Public Health Wales respond to the current Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as a priority. This may affect some of our programmes + events.
