About this event

Join Public Health Wales, Welsh Government and World Health Organization Europe who are launching a new innovative web platform, the – Welsh Health Equity Solutions Platform. The platform has been designed as a resource to find data and solutions relating to health equity. It includes an interactive data dashboard, policy and healthy equity frameworks and international case studies.

The platform will support and accelerate healthy prosperous lives for all in Wales and contribute to a European Health Equity Solutions Platform.

The webinar gave an overview of future planned activities and provided an opportunity for you to find out how you can become involved in co-producing solutions, developing case studies and contribute to learning on solutions based action to reduce health inequities.

Learning Outcomes:

  • An understanding of the Welsh Health Equity Solutions Platform and the wider work of the Welsh Health Equity Status Report initiative
  • An understanding of how you can utilise the platform to inform solutions based action to reduce health inequities.
  • An awareness of the future work of the programme and how you can contribute
