From the outset of our work to develop an overall evaluation framework, we recognised the value of utilising the ‘Maturity Matrix’ concept within the context of the national Urgent Primary Care (UPC) Pathfinder Programme.
This document contains the final version of the ‘Development Matrix for Urgent Primary Care’ which has been developed and iterated in partnership with the six UPC sites and the National Urgent Primary Care Pathfinder Panel.
