Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Plan: An ABCD Plus Approach – Recommendations for Wales

Introduction

The Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Prevention Plan for Wales: An ‘ABCD Plus’ Approach sets out a shared vision for preventing CVD across Wales. Since the publication of the plan, Public Health Wales has worked closely with key stakeholders to identify recommendations for actions that will prevent CVD-related deaths and disability and reduce health inequalities.
